Hello! My name is Madison Wells. I am a kindergarten teacher here at iAcademy. I am so excited to be a part of the iAcademy family and I know we will have a great year!

I am a native of Madison, AL and a graduate of Bob Jones High School Class of 2014. I graduated from Athens State University in 2021 with my Bachelors in Elementary Education, a minor in Early Childhood Education. I also recently completed my Masters in Early Childhood Education at the University of North Alabama. Growing up, I always said I would be a teacher. I cannot think of a time I said I wanted to be anything else. I am so excited about beginning my third year at Athens City Schools. 

I am married to Darren Wells, who is an Elkmont native. We currently reside in Limestone County with our two German Shepherds (Holly and Sadie), our two cats (Graycie and Luna) and our 18 month old daughter, Annalee Ryan. We are also expecting our second bundle of joy this December, James Beckham. 

When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time in my craft room, spending time with my family, and playing with our pets. I also enjoy attending many Atlanta Braves and Rocket City Trash Pandas games during my free time. 

I am so excited to have your kindergartener in my room this year. I am looking forward to a wonderful year at AES.
