My name is Lara Malone. I graduated from Athens State University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Education. I received my Master of Education in Mathematics from The University of West Alabama in 2016. This is my 13th year teaching at Athens High School.

I live in rural Limestone County with my husband of 30 years, Kevin. We have five children; Abby (28), Hayley (24), Nate (19), and Alexie (5), Sophia (4).

I look forward to spending this year with my students and making it a great year!
