Hello, everyone!  I'm so excited to work for you all at Athens High School!

It has always been a dream of mine to work in my hometown.  My family and I were so pleased to move to Athens in 2012 and be apart of this community and school system.  I have been a classroom science teacher since November of 2002.  After moving to Athens, I taught at Athens Middle School for three years, and I have been at Athens High School since 2015.  In 2017, I was honored to be selected as Teacher of the Year by my peers.  I currently teach biology in the Freshman Academy, and I am the Freshman Class Sponsor.
