Hello! My name is Susan Hughes and I am a Speech Language Pathologist with Athens City Schools. I have been a Speech Language Pathologist in the public schools since 1993 and have worked in the states of Texas, Florida, and Alabama. I received my Bachelors and Masters degrees from Baylor University in Waco, TX. I am passionate about improving children's communication skills and delight in their success! Preschool, Autism, Augmentative and Assistive Communication, social skills and behavior are particular interests of mine. My husband is a local pastor and we have three grown children. I am looking forward to a great year!
