AHS Summer Session 2026

Athens High School offers Summer Session opportunities, including:

AHS Credit Recovery

Credit Recovery is for Athens High School Students (grades 9-12) who have not been successful in mastering content standards in a core course and have earned a final average between 40 and 60. The student will take only the non-mastered state standards of the course (when the previous teacher provides a list of mastered or non-mastered standards).

AHS Summer School

Summer School is for Athens High School students (grades 9-12) who have not been successful in mastering the content standards in a core course and have earned a final average below 40. This option enables students to repeat an entire previously failed core course. 

AHS Credit Advancement

Credit Advancement is for high school students (grades 9-12) interested in taking a new course.
