  • Juniors:  Class Ring Orders Wednesday

    Balfour will be here during lunch on Wednesday, October 21, to take class ring orders.  Balfour will be set up for Remote student orders in the airlock from 12:20 - 1:00 p.m.

    You will find attached below our Athens High School Athletics Expectations form for attendance at an any athletic event. This form is designed with the AHSAA requirements and our current State orders in mind. Please review before attending an AHS sporting event.

    STUDENT PASS INFORMATION

    Students:

     
    To purchase your yearly student pass, follow the steps below: 
     
    Step 1: Secure your student number from your iNow/Chalkable account online. It will start with an S followed by 4 to 6 numerical digits like this S909090.. This number is located on your unofficial transcript at the top. Simply login to your iNow/Chalkable student account and click the unofficial transcript botton on the lower left. Once downloaded, you will notice the number after your name at the top of the transcript similar to the following example: Doe, John - S909090. 
     
    Step 2: Go to https://gofan.co/app/events/93992 and select "Student All Sports Pass". Then enter your number (S909090) in the promo code section and click apply. Select Quantity 1 and click Get Item on the bottom of the screen to complete the checkout process 
    (you will only be able to purchase 1 pass. Once your card number has been used, it will not be valid again for another purchase.)
     
    Step 3: Use your phone at each sporting event to validate your pass at the gates when you enter at each event. Remember masks are required.

  • How to Verify or Update Your Contact Information


    The contact information used to message parents, students, teachers, staff and the community originates and is maintained in the AHS Student Information System. This includes primary phone numbers, numbers that can receive text messages, email addresses, emergency contacts and physical mailing addresses. If you are having issues receiving messages, please contact our Registrar, Leigh Jackson at leigh.jackson@acs-k12.org to verify/update your contact information in the student data system.



    You can also sign up to receive our notifications sent out via email, text messages, calls, etc. On our AHS homepage click on the "Notification Sign up" Button at www.acs-k12.org/ahs

  • Yearbooks 2019-2020 are currently available to order.  Yearbooks may be purchased at AHS from Ms. L. Carter in room A1164 or online at yearbookordercenter.com. Price is $75.

    Yearbooks are usually shipped to AHS in September. An announcement will be posted on this website when they arrive.
