Dates,Times, Locations and Directions for August 20 and August 21

WHO CAN PICK UP A DEVICE?

• Device distribution for August 20 and 21 is ONLY for remote students who indicated a need for a device on the Technology Survey or who contacted their school to indicate a need. 
• If you selected "I do not have a device" or "Smartphone" on the Technology Survey, then you are eligible for pickup.

IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT DEVICE PICK UP

• Each device bag will come with an iPad, Charger, and Device Agreement/Setup Instruction sheet.  
• To make pick up convenient for families, you will be able to pick up devices for all students in your family at your location of choice. There is no need to travel to multiple schools for multiple pick ups. Get all the devices for your child and siblings in one place. 

WIFI DEVICE PICK UP AND INFORMATION

• Wifi devices are available for those who have indicated a need.
• We will distribute Wifi devices from the ACS Central Office (Board of Education building next to AHS and Jack’s).
• Wifi devices can be picked up from the Central Office on Friday, August 21 from 9:00am until 11:00 am at the front entrance. Wifi is for any family that indicated a need. 

IACADEMY AT ATHENS ELEMENTARY

Drive to the front entrance at the awning and a staff member will hand you the device. Please remain in your car.

FAME ACADEMY AT BROOKHILL

Parents should come to the door at BES between 9-11 on Friday. Someone will bring your device to you.

SPARK ACADEMY AT COWART

Parents should come to the door at SPARK between 8-1 on Thursday and Friday. Someone will bring your device to you.

HEART ACADEMY AT JULIAN NEWMAN

Parents should come to the front door of JNES between 11-1:30 on Thursday. Someone will bring your device to you.

ATHENS INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL

Enter campus from Hwy 72 and drive to the front of the school. Remain in your car.

ATHENS MIDDLE SCHOOL

Enter from Hwy. 31 at the Hobbs St. (main entrance) across from Walgreens. Follow the carline and pick up your device at the front of AMS. Exit at the 6th Grade Center.

ATHENS HIGH SCHOOL

Drive-thru pickup on Thursday and Friday from 9am to 11am at the Freshman Center Entrance.

ATHENS RENAISSANCE SCHOOL

Pick up is at the ARS main campus across from Julian Newman.
